About the Artist
Lisa A. Ciaccia enjoys peaceful early mornings painting in her private studio. A self-taught artist, Lisa merely states, "A brush and paints mixed into a passion for life, and dabbed onto canvas has been my education; nature has been my teacher. If you silently observe it, nature will give you its secrets; you eventually figure out how to interpret them with a paintbrush."
The second eldest of 4 siblings, Lisa was born in Providence, Rhode Island. Her first love for art was drawing cartoons at the age of 8, and while only dabbling in her creativity occasionally for many years, she finally picked up her brushes again in 2014 and hasn't put them away since.
Lisa holds dual Artist memberships with the Whistler House Museum of Art and Lowell Art Association located in Historic Lowell, Massachusetts, and has exhibited work through WHMA for their Member Juried Exhibitions since 2015 and the Brush Art Gallery, She is also a proud member of Social Medias, "An Art Movement, Artists Promoting the Arts," the Nashua Area Art Association, New Hampshire League of Craftsmen, as well as a Media Partner with FashionLuxury.Info Art in Rome, Italy, since 2019.
A multidisciplinary artist, Lisa's focus is Architectural and Life Experience Illustrations, Pyrography & Carving decorative gourds, and painting using instant coffee.
